Do You Have A Painting Question? We Have Answers For You!1. Do you use "Green Paint?" Yes! We use Low and no VOC paint (volatile organic compounds), because it is the responsible thing to do. It is best for our customers and our planet. 2. What paint do you use? We recommend Benjamin Moore. First Class Decorating, Inc. truly believes in their product and is well versed on their product's capabilities, which is why Mike Mangano has decided to be on their Advisory Board. 3. Can you supply me with local references? Yes! We can supply you with many satisfied customers and interior designers that we have worked for. You can also view our sampling of satisfied painting customers on our website. 4. With so many painting companies out there, what makes you stand out from the rest? Our knowledge, expert craftsmanship and exemplary customer service sets us apart from larger chains or other local businesses. You will be a very satisfied customer when the job is completed. We have been in business since 1979 and receive most of our work from "word of mouth" and repeat customers. This speaks volumes about our company business practices. Painting companies come and go, but First Class Decorating, Inc. has stood the test of time. 5. Do you have a large crew? No. We keep our crews small and well trained to keep our quality high and to deliver personalized customer service. 6. Are your painters neat and meticulous? I have been told on numerous occasions that our clean up is better than any other contractor. When I started my business in 1979, a very successful and wise man told me, "You can do the very best work, but if you leave a mess for the customer to clean up that is all they will remember." That was the best advice we ever received. 7. Are you expensive? No. If you are looking for a cheap price, there are plenty of uninsured, unprofessional contractors out there for you to hire. However, if you are looking for the best value for your money, we are the right painting and decorating company. You will get more than your money's worth. 8. Do you give a warranty? Yes! A full one year warranty on workmanship. Our warranty does not include situations that are out of our control such as cracks due to expansion or peeling of paint due to moisture.
